Free legal support for young people held in custody, so their cases finally reach a court.
The problem
Young people are held for months or years on remand because no one is pushing their case forward. Many families cannot afford a lawyer, or do not know where to start.
What we do
We provide legal aid for young people in custody, working with volunteer lawyers to get cases listed, bail applied for, and unlawful detention challenged.
