Prison visits and advocacy to improve health, sanitation and living conditions inside.
The problem
From our own prison visits, we would describe conditions as life-threatening, with a high risk of contracting serious disease. Overcrowding makes everything worse.
What we do
We visit custodial centres, document conditions, provide welfare support, and press the authorities for improvements in health care, sanitation and food.
